Living Fully is a North Wales-based mental health charity dedicated to supporting individuals living with cancer through mindfulness and emotional wellbeing courses. They provide in-person and online sessions aimed at helping participants manage stress, anxiety, and the emotional challenges of diagnosis and treatment.
