This new site isn’t just a portfolio refresh; it’s a high-performance, SEO-optimised platform built with a modern JAMstack architecture, reflecting my current web development process and capabilities.

For this rebuild, I used a modern frontend and headless backend stack to deliver speed, scalability, and maintainability:

🧠 Headless CMS with Strapi Cloud
I integrated Strapi Cloud as the backend for dynamic content such as blog posts and case studies. It offers:
- Customisable content types with an intuitive admin UI.
- REST/GraphQL APIs for flexible content delivery.
- User role management — ideal for client handoffs.
- Fully managed infrastructure (no server headaches).
I configured my Strapi admin panel at admin.keelanjon.com, which gives me (or any client) an easy and professional interface for updating content — without touching code.
To audit the site speed and accessibility I utilised Google's Lighthouse tools, showing top marks for my website.
🌐 Optimised for SEO and Local Search
A core focus of this rebuild was enhancing search engine visibility. Leveraging Next.js for server-side rendering, structured metadata, and ultra-fast performance via Vercel, the site is finely tuned for modern SEO best practices.
To improve discoverability among local clients, I’ve intentionally integrated targeted localised search terms throughout the site, including:
